PCB layouts for digital hardware modules.\n Create and maintain schematic symbols, footprint libraries, and design database entries.\n Design, build, and execute test fixtures and prototype hardware for validation.\n Perform functional and compliance testing, analyzing results and iterating designs.\n Debug hardware issues in-lab and provide on-site support for field failures.\n Collaborate with firmware, system, and mechanical engineers to integrate solutions.\n Generate and maintain design documentation, including BOMs and revision control.\n Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with Nokia and industry standards.\n Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the team.\n Drive continuous improvement of design processes and tooling.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience in digital hardware design at a staff level.\nProficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence).\nStrong knowledge of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power distribution.\nExperience creating and managing component libraries and design databases.\nDemonstrated ability to develop test fixtures, prototypes, and perform hardware debugging.\nFamiliarity with industry standards (e.g., IPC, ISO) and regulatory compliance testing.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to support field failure investigations.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills in a multi-disciplinary
