business understanding and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and resolve complex issues with limited supervision.\nLead complex industrialization and lifecycle supply chain projects, including new product introductions, significant product changes and product transfers.\nAct as the Supply Chain representative in cross-functional project teams and relevant governance forums, including the Change Screening Board (CSB) and Maintenance Project Core Team (PCT).\nLead cross-functional alignment across R&D, Product Management, Procurement, Quality, Data Management and manufacturing partners.\nDevelop and own supply chain implementation plans, balancing schedule, cost, quality, resources, revenue targets and customer delivery commitments.\nLead complex engineering and supply chain changes, ensuring appropriate cross-functional evaluation, decision-making and implementation at manufacturing and supplier sites.\n Lead resolution of significant technical, manufacturing, material and quality issues requiring cross-functional or supplier alignment.\nSupport R&D and Procurement in validating and implementing new component sources for active products.\nConduct thorough project and supply chain risk management, identifying mitigation strategies and driving closure of critical risks and issues.\nMonitor project performance against relevant financial and operational KPIs and communicate project status, risks, business impact and recommendations to management.\nUse advanced analytical and root-cause problem-solving approaches to address complex or non-routine issues.\nDrive improvements in supply chain processes, systems, tools and ways of working.\nAct as a professional advisor and mentor to colleagues, project teams and task forces.\nWhere applicable, coordinate project resources and allocation of work within project teams.\n You have:\nStrong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong relevant experience in supply chain project management and product industrialization, including ownership of cross-functional projects.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to resolve complex or non-routine problems.\nIn-depth understanding of R&D, testing, SMT/assembly operations, material management and manufacturing processes.\nDemonstrated experience working with EMS/manufacturing partners and managing supplier-facing industrialization or change activities.\nStrong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with functional leadership.\nAbility to operate with limited supervision, manage ambiguity and make or drive recommendations within your area of responsibility.\nCross-cultural awareness and a global mindset.\nFluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.\nIt would be nice if you also had:\nExperience managing major product lifecycle changes or manufacturing transfers.\nExperience with component-source changes and supply-risk mitigation.\nKnowledge of ENOVIA PLM, ALPIM, SAP, Blue Planet or comparable product/master-data systems.\nRelevant graduate-level education in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain Management or a related
