The SCPM plays a key role in delivering next-generation Fixed Networks products, including ONTs, Home Gateways, and broadband access solutions, with a resilient, efficient, and scalable supply chain.\n Lead end-to-end supply chain activities from product concept to mass production, including EMS/JDM/ODM supplier management and production ramp-up.\nNPI Management - Coordinate prototype, pilot runs, material readiness, AML, POs, production execution, and pilot approval.\nProduction Ramp-Up - Support new product ramp-up and handover to Supply Chain Industrial Management for mass production.\nEngineering Change Management - Coordinate product design changes with R&D, internal teams, and suppliers.\nBusiness Unit Collaboration - Support product roadmap, lifecycle planning, pilot quantity allocation, PLC reviews, and EOL/LTB management.\nSupply Chain Collaboration - Work with Demand & Planning, Industrial Management, Quality, and other teams to support key projects.\nCapacity & Readiness Management - Ensure supplier capacity, production readiness, and resources are aligned with product requirements.\nIssue & Delivery Management - Drive resolution of production issues, urgent delivery requirements, customer complaints, and product defects.\n You have:\nBachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of experience in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. \nExperienced in working in New Product Introduction (NPI) is strongly preferred.\nBackground in electronics manufacturing environment or experience of EMS/ODM/JDM is strongly desired.\nExperienced ONT product management, ONT design and test or supply chain management is a PLUS.\nIt would be nice if you also had:\nResults-Oriented and Strong focus on achieving results and meeting commitments.\nSelf-Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nTeam Player - Works effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams\nWilling to travel approximately 20% of the time, mainly across Asia.
