technical escalation management across delivery and support teams.\nAccountable for quality forecasting, on-time delivery, and cost control for CN TDU deliverables.\nAct as the liaison between region needs and domain service execution, ensuring alignment.\nImprove customer satisfaction by fulfilling contractual commitments and minimizing quality issues.\nAccountable for CN TDU deliverables during the project execution phase, initiating improvement actions, support project teams in discussions with PLM for cases involving pre-c3 features.\n Must have:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of experience in project management or a technical lead role, preferably in the telecom industry.\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.\nProficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in resource allocation and demand forecasting.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with telecom network technologies and services is preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of telecom services and operations, experience working in global or multicultural teams.\nExposure to digital transformation or network modernization projects, continuous learning
