and critical paths across all engineering and operations functions.\nCoordinate closely with architecture, digital design, analog design, verification, physical design, DFT, CAD, product engineering, packaging, foundry, and operations teams to ensure seamless program execution.\nDrive program reviews, monitor progress against milestones, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful tapeouts and product delivery.\nEstablish clear ownership, accountability, governance, and escalation processes while facilitating effective cross-functional decision making.\nEnsure tapeout readiness by driving design reviews, checklist completion, issue resolution, and milestone sign-offs ahead of critical development gates.\nProvide regular program updates, status reporting, and executive communications on schedule, resource, quality, and business risks.\nMust-Have Skills\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\n8+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including 5+ years managing ASIC/SoC development programs from concept through tapeout and production.\nStrong understanding of ASIC/SoC development lifecycle, design verification, physical implementation, silicon validation, qualification, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.\nProven experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs involving internal teams, foundries, IP vendors, and external partners.\nExpertise in program planning, risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder management, executive communication, and data-driven decision making.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration and/or PMP certification.\nExperience with advanced technology nodes (3nm, 2nm, and beyond) and managing relationships with foundries and IP suppliers.\nExposure to AI, networking, wireless, telecom, data center, or high-performance computing ASIC
