# Technical Project Manager 3

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Program Manager to lead complex ASIC/SoC development programs from concept through silicon production and product release. The role requires strong technical expertise in semiconductor development combined with exceptional program management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional execution, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality ASIC products on schedule and within budget. Your Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ASIC/SoC development programs, driving execution from architecture definition through silicon validation, qualification, and production release. Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across all engineering and operations functions. Coordinate closely with architecture, digital design, analog design, verification, physical design, DFT, CAD, product engineering, packaging, foundry, and operations teams to ensure seamless program execution.
