troubleshooting and validation activities.\nAnalyze field issues and collaborate with development teams to devise solutions.\nExecute product verification and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.\nConduct qualification testing and produce detailed technical reports.\nTroubleshoot complex microwave networks and RF measurement setups.\nInteract directly with customers to address technical inquiries and requirements.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.\nMaintain test equipment and laboratory procedures to ensure accurate results.\n Solid understanding of microwave systems, including Ethernet interfaces, RF transmitters/receivers, and modem operation.\n Hands-on lab experience performing basic system and RF measurements.\n Working knowledge of microwave transmission principles and qualification testing.\n Proven ability to troubleshoot complex microwave networks and resolve issues.\n Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.\n Experience generating comprehensive technical reports and documentation.\n Familiarity with IP routing and switching technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs) is a plus.\n Ability to work collaboratively with development, test, and integration teams.\n Knowledge of North American regulatory requirements for microwave radio
