Working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, the Regional Sales Representative serves as a trusted business advisor and expert consultant on Nokian Tyres’ products and services. He/She will operate in an assigned geographic territory, traveling to customer locations, dealers and fleets, and mainly working from a home office environment.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify and target potential clients through research and networking.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.\nPresent, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.\nProvide excellent customer service and support.\nKeep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.\nEngage customers through superior product and service offerings as well as demonstrated product expertise.\nUtilizing CRM tools, market analysis and other intelligence; monitor territory’s sales by customer.\nResolve territory and customer specific operational issues, respond to customer inquiries\nUphold Nokian Tyres mission and values, and demonstrate supporting behaviors in day-to-day actions.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n3+ years outside sales experience, preferably within the tire or automotive industry.\nDemonstrated analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\nExcellent listening, consultation, negotiation and presentation abilities.\nProficient with MS-Office application suite and Salesforce / CRM applications.\nAbility to travel 75% within the assigned region, by air or car.\nAbility to lift up to 75 lbs;
