plus:\n\nHands-on experience with electrical systems/cabling\n\nExperience with Apple hardware & software\n\nAbility to perform small repairs related to cabling/electrical wiring, etc.\n\nOwn car and ability to use it for work-related tasks\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nResearch and provide better alternatives to the current IT solutions used within the company\n\nMaintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems (mostly Mac OS) and office equipment\n\nSupport corporate IT infrastructure and quickly resolve any issues stopping business operations\n\nTroubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues\n\nPerform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures\n\nLead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions\n\nConsulting users on technical questions\n\nSupport business operations from an IT standpoint, including onboarding, off-boarding new employees, setting up new systems, etc.\n\nUpgrade systems with new releases and models\n\nBuild an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT
