You’ll work alongside the Customer Solutions Architect, who owns the overall customer relationship and outcomes, while you lead the technical execution required to make those outcomes achievable and scalable.\nThis role is ideal for a highly technical, customer-facing engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud environments, and turning one-off solutions into repeatable practices.\n🛠️ What You’ll Do\nTechnical Operationalization: Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans.\n\nHands-on Guidance: Support deployment and optimization through architecture guidance, configuration advice, APIs, scripts, automation, and technical best practices.\n\nProblem Solving: Lead technical deep dives, diagnose complex configuration and integration issues, develop mitigations, and coordinate technical escalations with Support and Engineering.\n\nTechnical Adoption: Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support, channeling technical customer insights back into the platform.\n\n✅ What You Bring\n5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment, such as Solutions Engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, customer engineering, or technical consulting.\n\nStrong technical aptitude, including the ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages for diagnostics, automation, data processing, and integrations.\n\nHands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, system integrations, and production troubleshooting.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical customer conversations and explain complex concepts clearly.\n\nA proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and a preference for scalable, reusable solutions.\n\n🎯 Nice to Haves\nFamiliarity with AI technologies and workflows, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.\n\nBackground in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure.\n\nExperience with containers, CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRMs, or ticketing systems.\n\n💙 Perks & Benefits:\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\n\nHome office setup reimbursement\n\nShort- and long-term disability insurance\n\nLife and accident insurance\n\n401(k) retirement savings plan\n\nUnlimited paid time off (PTO) -
