This includes planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional operational teams to support all aspects of setup and design. This position will serve as the main point of contact during the implementation.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead or help develop project scope, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. Statement of Work, Business Vision Document) \nEstablish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition) \nDevelop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance) \nCommunicate and report project status \nUnderstand different platforms and applications being implemented to be able to direct the design, development, testing, and implementation of a technical project \nQuickly respond to client requests for immediate issues while also being able to drive projects to completion \nVirtually manage 1-2 Implementation Manager team members by serving as an escalation point for day to day questions and to assist with issue resolution \nAnalyze each client's specific challenges, determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions \nOversee the overall project, with ultimate responsibility for success or failure of the engagement, specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery and profitability of the engagement \nReview project deliverables for completeness and appropriateness \nReview risks and mitigation plan on a regular basis \nBe an evangelist of Artemis by serving as an advocate and spokesperson, effectively communicating our company’s mission, products, and value to both internal and external audiences \nWhat You'll Have:\n3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects using data and information to make business decisions \nExperience with healthcare data \nExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment \nAbility to lead and mentor other team members \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nProficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint \nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP
