We’re looking for early team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.\nWe’re a team who already built a platform that processed over $70M leading to our $18M fundraise from top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures alongside angel investors including Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon) and more.\nWe are growing rapidly and we need ambitious and experienced team members to join us to help scale crypto's future.\nAbout the Role\nEstablish world-class product discovery practices while identifying and dominating our first niche in the onchain trading ecosystem, setting the foundation for our vision to become the go-to terminal of the onchain economy.\nOutcomes\nMonth 1Implement structured user research process and complete 20+ user interviews.\nWork with CEO to aggregate user interview feedback and prioritize development.\nWork with CTO to turn user feedback into concrete engineering plans.\n\nMonth 2:First experiments live with measurable success criteria.\nRunning user interviews reverse-shadowed by CEO.\nRunning engineering standups, planning, retros, and prioritizing engineering work with CTO oversight.\n\nMonth 3:Build-measure-learn loops are in full swing, iterating on the product quickly in response to constant user feedback. \nFully owning user research conversations.\nFully owning engineering planning and prioritization.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou're talking to users daily and shipping improvements weekly\nEngineers come to you excited about user insights\nWe have a clear thesis on our first niche within 90 days\nRequirements\n5+ years of PM experience with at least 2 years in product discovery/0-to-1\nStrong working knowledge of financial products (spot, futures, yield, options, perps). Must be able to reason about how these products work, their mechanics, and what traders care about. Experience as a trader, quant, analyst, or having built in this domain is a plus\nTrack record of finding PMF in ambiguous spaces\nExcellence at user research and synthesis\nLocated in US or Europe\nAble to quickly and efficiently convert user research into actionable engineering work\nCompetencies\nCustomer centric orientation - actively thinks about how to improve the user experience of trading on Nomina\nUser research mastery - design and execute user research, build lasting relationships with users, transform qualitative insights into quantitative experiments\nDetail oriented - every pixel matters.
