You'll personally lead complex implementations for our most important customers while hiring, managing, and mentoring a growing implementation team. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, R&D, and Customer Success - turning what you learn in real deployments into roadmap influence, validated features, and measurable value from every release.\nYou'll also define how onboarding works at Nominal from the ground up: the processes, the success metrics, the tooling that make implementations more repeatable and scalable. The people who join at this stage don't inherit a motion - they build it, and shape what the company becomes.\nWhat you'll do and how you’ll know it’s working\nGo-live is a milestone, not the finish line.
