The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.\nJob Description:\nJob Title : Equity & Deferred Compensation Specialist\nCorporate Title : Analyst\nDivision : HR\nLocation : Powai, Mumbai, India\n\nJob / Group Overview:\nThe Equity and Deferred Compensation team manages all aspects of the firm’s Deferred Compensation on a global basis, including award vesting and payment, stock buyouts, equity award trading and award administration. The role focuses on supporting the end-to-end administration of the firm’s Deferred Compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units, phantom stock awards, and performance-based awards.
