Responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing a small development team and maintaining direct stakeholder relationships with trading desks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThis role sits within the Equities Technology Team, part of Global Markets Technology, supporting the Equities Risk platform-currently undergoing significant modernisation and enhancement program. The team builds and maintains software solutions for Equities Global Markets Front and Middle Office businesses. With developers located across major financial centres (US, UK, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and India) and Business Analysts distributed globally.\nThis is primarily a Business Analyst role with some project management responsibilities.
