We are responsible for the development and operation of automated trading strategies, eBooks and pricing models across client and interdealer electronic venues.\nRole Description\nWe are seeking an innovative and experienced eTrading Strategist / Developer to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will be joining our team building a best in class electronic trading platform across global Rates products.\nYou are a confident and self-motivating strat/developer with a solid understanding of electronic markets. You are client focused and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the bank. You are at home developing in a small self-organising team and value user feedback within an agile development process. You can manage expectations effectively and have a demonstrable track record of owning delivery of a high profile product to demanding business users.
