Divisional Overview:

The Wholesale Production Services team partner with the Risk & Capital IT to deliver and maintain software solutions used by Risk Management division.

The business is spread across EMEA, US, Japan, AEJ, and emerging Markets like India, Brazil, and China. It deals in wide range of products / models including VaR, Stresses, FRTB, Inventory, CRM models, Limits, Credit Exposures, Stress testing, Back testing etc.

Business Overview:

The India Risk Production Services team is an integral part of the global team, which is spread across US, UK, Tokyo, Singapore, HK, India and China. It works in partnership with various regions to deliver technology support to Risk business across regions prioritized in Global Book of Work. This team serves key business functions such as Market and Credit Risk systems..

Role & Responsibilities :

Duties & responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):

L1 & L2 Production Support for allocated projects in Wholesale Production Services including (but not limited to) batch support, application support, user support, incident management, change management and automation initiatives as well as any initiatives that are introduced for improving Operational Stability, efficiency, maintainability and support capabilities.
