Beyond hospitality, we provide technology for healthcare, maritime, and co-living spaces, integrating with global partners like Samsung, LG, Google, and Apple to drive seamless innovation.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Project Engineer to deliver exceptional technical consulting and support to our client portfolio.\nIn this role, you will combine high-complexity L2 network troubleshooting and cloud controller management with end-to-end project execution and field technician coordination. You will serve as a vital link between clients, NOC operations, and field teams to ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality network performance. \nThis role requires hands-on project deployment and field support, which includes short-term international travel to client sites.\nThis is a full-time, on-site position based in the city of Maia in Portugal. \nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibility for project delivery.\nCommunication with the client during deployment.\nConfiguration of Telecommunications and Multimedia equipment (Gateways, Switches, Controllers, Access Points).\nCoordination with other Company Product Units for Content, Cloud components for a project delivery.\nReports execution of surveys to structured networks and wifi in coordination with Field Technicians.\nPreparation of technical task report/maintenance worksheets. \nManagement of field technicians (nonius and subcontractors) during deployment.\nSupport planned field interventions and follow up of the issues. \nProduce and deliver Technical project reports. \nInternal IT operations coordinated by the IT Nonius department.\nMust Have\nA degree in Telecommunications or related field.\n3+ Years of Project Engineering experience in Network deployment.\nAbility to work in WAN/LAN environment. \nHands-on experience with gateways, switches, controllers, Access Points from different vendors (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus...), and TCP/IP, or equivalent certification (e.g., CCNA). \nFlexibility and availability for short, multi-day international travel.\nEligibility to travel freely within Europe and internationally.\nYou must be open to (and excited by) using AI tools and collaborative platforms to enhance productivity. \nA proven ability to manage budgets, mitigate technical risks, and drive projects to successful, on-time completion.\nExceptional communication and high-level client management skills. \nFluency in English.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Information Technologies applied in
