You'll play an important role in bringing campaigns to life, evolving our brand across customer touchpoints, and helping shape creative that is both visually compelling and results-driven.\nWhat You'll Work On:\nThe Senior Brand Designer will partner closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to:\nDevelop and evolve Nood’s visual brand expression across packaging, digital, and marketing channels\nDesign and execute packaging updates, product inserts, print collateral, and other branded materials\nCreate high-performing paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other digital channels\nTranslate creative briefs into on-brand, conversion-focused assets that balance storytelling with business performance\nDesign email campaigns and lifecycle marketing assets that support customer acquisition, retention, and product launches\nCreate website assets, landing page graphics, promotional creative, and digital merchandising materials\nSupport creative production through resizing, versioning, localization, file preparation, QA, and asset organization\nCollaborate with Growth Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver high-quality work on timelines\nMaintain consistency across all customer touchpoints while helping elevate Nood’s premium brand experience\nDeliverables:\nProjects may include:\nBrand identity extensions and creative executions\nPackaging design updates and production-ready files\nPaid social advertising campaigns and creative refreshes\nEmail marketing campaigns and promotional assets\nWebsite banners, landing page creative, and digital merchandising assets\nProduct launch campaigns\nProduct inserts and educational materials\nSeasonal campaigns and promotional creative\nRetail, partnership, and marketing collateral\nAsset production, organization, and creative versioning\nRequirements\nQualifications\n8+ years of design experience, ideally with DTC, beauty, wellness, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer brands\nProven experience designing for brand, packaging, digital marketing, and performance creative\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise across packaging, paid social, email, web, and integrated campaigns\nDeep understanding of DTC creative strategy and how design supports customer acquisition and conversion\nExperience creating and iterating paid social creative based on performance marketing objectives\nExceptional typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand-building skills\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma\nStrong production skills with meticulous attention to detail\nExperience preparing print-ready files and managing production workflows\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines\nComfortable working independently, receiving creative direction, and proactively bringing ideas forward\nMotion design or light animation experience is a plus\nEngagement Details\nFreelance / Contract or Full-Time\nRemote, with availability during Central Time business hours preferred\nReports to the Creative Director\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a senior designer who understands the pace and ambition of a high-growth DTC brand and can help translate NOOD’s brand vision into beautiful, effective creative across every customer touchpoint.\nThe ideal partner is brand-minded, performance-aware, highly collaborative, and able to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
