Since then, we’ve tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science.\nRecruiting Coordinator\nThe Role\nThis is a Contract-Hire Role\nWe are adding a teammate to our high agency team to manage the day-to-day Recruiting Coordination of our San Francisco and Seattle offices and play a key role in the candidate experience.\nYou will be the primary scheduler and host to the majority of candidates visiting Nooks. You will ensure they leave our interviews with a delightful experience.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCoordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless calendar alignment across multiple stakeholders.\nCreate and execute a world-class candidate experience\n\nWork with Recruiting operations to create recruiting programs\n\nHelp plan and execute office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings.\n\nQualifications and background:\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nsome recruiting, coordinating, ops, or office manager experience\n\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion\n\nHigh agency, low ego, and team-oriented\n\nExperience with Ashby or another ATS is helpful but not required\n\n0-2 Years of coordinating or administration experience\n\nWe pay all employees competitively relative to the market.
