We're a small, scrappy group that believes the best growth work happens when builders can go from idea to live experiment without waiting in an engineering queue.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Growth Product Builder to define, build, test, and analyze new buyflow ideas to drive growth using our internal self-service buyflow building tool, Noom Flow Builder. Through your work, you’ll also shape Flow Builder's own roadmap, partnering directly with engineering to expand what the tool can do, first for Growth and eventually for the broader company.\nThis is a self-service, builder-first role for someone who wants maximum reps at experimentation without getting blocked by a large engineering backlog. You'll work closely with the VP of Growth Product and the Noom Flow Builder engineering team, with real opportunity to grow your scope - either by building out a team of buyflow builders, or by deepening your influence on the platform's roadmap.\nYou Will\nDefine, spec, and build new buyflow variants directly in Noom Flow Builder, our internal agentic buyflow tool\nLaunch and manage experiments to test buyflow ideas, from hypothesis through analysis\nIndependently monitor, measure, and iterate on live flows using analytics tools\nPartner with the Noom Flow Builder engineering team to identify and prioritize improvements to the tool\nBring a builder's perspective to the platform roadmap as adoption grows across the company\nCommunicate experiment plans, progress, and results clearly to the Product team\nCollaborate with Marketing and other Growth Product managers on shared acquisition priorities\nStay current on self-service growth tooling and agentic AI coding tools to keep buyflow development fast and high quality\nAbout You\nIf you're interested in shaping the future of health by building the acquisition experiences that turn curiosity into lasting habits, this role may be for you!\nYou Have\n3-5 years of growth product experience, including 1-2 years working hands-on with AI/agentic tooling\nExpert-level familiarity with at least one area of core growth product tooling - self-service marketing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude), website builders (e.g. WordPress), or modern AI coding/agentic tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Codex)\nStrong grounding in A/B testing and experimentation fundamentals\nA scrappy, self-service builder mentality - you'd rather build it yourself than wait on an eng backlog\nExperience working in smaller teams where you built and tested things hands-on\nStrong analytical data fluency and customer empathy, with the judgment to know what's worth testing\nClear communication skills, comfortable presenting plans and results to cross-functional partners\nPreferred: experience in product roles focused on marketing automation or website development tools\nWhat Makes This Job Amazing\nHands-on exposure to experimentation volume and agentic building tools that most growth roles at this stage simply don't offer. \nYou'll help define the roadmap for an internal tool that's poised to scale across the entire company, not just your team. \nWork in a builder-first culture where your ideas go live fast.\nYou'll be doing it all in service of helping millions of people live healthier lives, as part of a mission-driven team at the forefront of health and longevity innovation.\nWhat You'll Earn and Enjoy\nPay that reflects your impact.
