You'll report directly to the Head of International Tracks.\nThis is an operator and visionary role. Your job is to make sure every moving piece of the track (schedules, teachers, supervisors, parent communication, data) runs on time, to standard, and gets better every term. You will also be a visionary, helping us create magical “WOW” moments for our students. You will come up with amazing, creative ideas to build a learning experience unlike any other.\nThere is pretty much infinite growth opportunity in this role. As we rapidly scale the program, you will impact 10x then 20x then 100x the students in Saudi and the region. Inshallah if all goes well, we are revolutionizing education around the world!\nKey responsibilities\nRunning, building, and innovating upon the program - improving student experience, learning operations, and delivery to improve our product. We are constantly iterating based on student feedback, trial & error, best learning practices, and new ideas.\n\nOwning team beat & cadence. Weekly rhythms with teachers, supervisors, and ops: priorities, blockers, and follow-through across all vectors.\n\nStrategy and execution to scale the program 10x next year and more in the following years in Saudi and beyond.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nKey qualities:\nStrong prioritization skills and high ownership. You don't wait to be told, and you close loops.\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nStrong with data analysis and applying AI in workflows\n\nEnergetic, magical, innovative at thinking about how to make school exciting\n\nComplete bilingual fluency in Arabic & English\n\nMust have\nFluent, professional-grade Arabic and English, spoken and written. You can have a conversation about school policies with a parent in Arabic and run a team call with native-English speakers in the same day.\n\nBachelor's degree.\n\nLived and worked or studied in both Saudi Arabia and the US / UK.\n\n2-5 years working and delivering in a fast-paced environment. MBB or start-up preferred.
