We are developing a product used by thousands of students every day. As a Software Engineer, You’ll be shipping working systems that people rely on every single day. You'll use AI as a power tool alongside strong product engineering skills to build internal apps, data pipelines, dashboards, and intelligent workflows.\nWhat You'll Do\nTake full ownership of code, from design to delivery and observability.\n\nPromote best practices, always striving for incremental improvements.\n\nParticipate in the team’s on-call rotation.\n\nReduce complexity and toil by identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.\n\nBe a team player.\n\nBuild and ship products end to end.\n\nWork directly with the PMs and designers: Short loops, fast releases.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong programming skills in Java, Go, or similar languages.\n\nExperience with infrastructure and distributed systems.\n\nExperience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).\n\nYou’re eager to learn and adopt new tools and ways of working.\n\nYou don't wait to be told.
