We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we're looking for a senior executive growth who can help us move even faster.\n\nnoon's mission: Every door, every day.\n\nRole Overview\nThe role involves working with large-scale e-commerce data, developing predictive models, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions.\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, SQL, statistics and machine learning, along with an interest in building AI-driven solutions and setting up automated AI workflows to solve business problems.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze large datasets using SQL (BigQuery) and Python to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.\nDevelop and maintain machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendations and anomaly detection.\nDesign and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure business impact.\nBuild and automate data pipelines, ETL workflows and model deployment processes.\nExplore and implement AI-driven solutions, including setting up and optimizing AI workflows to automate processes and improve business efficiency.\nWork closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to identify opportunities where data science and AI can drive business value.\nDocument methodologies, assumptions and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge-sharing.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative field.\nStrong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL, including complex queries and query optimization.\nGood understanding of data structures and algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, hash maps, trees, sorting and searching algorithms, and time/space complexity.\nSolid understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, probability distributions and experimental design.\nFamiliarity with machine learning algorithms such as linear/logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting and clustering.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based data environments such as Google BigQuery, AWS or similar platforms.\nExposure to AI tools, automation and experience setting up AI-powered workflows or integrating AI solutions into business processes.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.\n\nWho will excel\nWe're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.\nYou need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.\nWe need people with the courage to be fiercely original.\nnoon is not for everyone;
