We ship things that matter.\nThe Position\nWe’re looking for our first Deployment Operations Manager to own the rollout and daily operation of our robot deployments. You’ll lead our remote operator team, build the metrics system that proves long-term customer value, and work with product and engineering to make our operations faster and more efficient. You’ll be the operational face of Norbert to our customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn end-to-end deployment plans for new robot installations, from site readiness through go-live and stabilization\nServe as the day-to-day operational contact for customers, including on-site visits as needed (about 30% travel)\nManage a team of remote operators and improve workflow efficiency \nSet and track daily, weekly, and monthly goals for each operator and the team, and run regular performance reviews\nBuild and maintain a management system that tracks operator behavior, quality, and deployment health\nDefine and report the success metrics needed to show value\nPartner with product and engineering to turn operational bottlenecks into requirements, so our workflows get more efficient over time\nCommunicate status, issues, and results to customers and leadership clearly and professionally\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years in program management, implementation, or operations, with at least 2 years managing people\nExperience operating in healthcare facilities and working closely with healthcare staff\nA track record of delivering complex rollouts or deployments on schedule\nStrong data fluency and metrics frameworks\nEnough technical understanding to discuss system issues with engineers and troubleshoot with operators\nExperience managing remote contractors\nProfessional, confident communication with external customers and executives\nExperience with AI tools\nBonus Points\nExperience standing up physical products at an early-stage company (0 to 1)\nExperience coordinating deployments or field servicing hardware\nExperience in healthcare or another regulated environment\nExperience with robotics, automation, or hardware deployments\nWhat We Offer\nReal
