Our goal is to empower our employees to develop their careers while contributing to innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers worldwide.\nYour responsibilities\nProcess simulations (Hysys), process calculations and dimensioning of equipment for gas plants on LNG and LPG carriers, offshore (FPSO) and onshore plants, biogas systems\nPreparation of control philosophy, operating philosophy\nPreparation/mark-up of PFDs and P&IDs\nDevelopment and improvement of new and existing products\nParticipate in project execution and business development\nEnsure relevant technical information flows through other engineering disciplines\nParticipate in design reviews e.g. Hazop sessions etc.\nOur requirements\nBSc/MSc preferably in chemical and process engineering or equivalent\nExperience from maritime, Oil & Gas and/or process industry engineering\nProcess modelling experience (preferable Hysys)\nUnderstanding of thermodynamics, such as heat transfer in cryogenic processes\nExperienced in using Excel\nFamiliarity with applicable Classification Societies rules for marine industry (DNVGL, BV, LRS etc.)\nWillingness to travel if needed, random business trips\nAbility to work in a multinational team\nFlexibility, proactiveness, independence and self-motivation\nVery good English language skills, both verbally and in writing\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience\nWhy join Nord Gas Solutions?\nAt Nord Gas Solutions, you will become part of an international company delivering advanced gas and energy solutions for marine and onshore applications.
