You will take ownership of complex, multidisciplinary projects and lead them from handover through execution and final delivery to customers around the world.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action. Someone who can see both the bigger picture and the critical details, make decisions when needed, build confidence with customers, and keep a project moving forward when the pressure is on.\nYour Mission\nAs Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful execution of assigned Midstream & Large Projects, balancing technical delivery with commercial performance, customer expectations, quality, schedule, and risk. You will work closely with engineering disciplines, procurement, supply chain, production, commissioning, commercial teams, suppliers, and customers. Your job is to create direction, build momentum, and ensure that everyone involved understands what needs to happen next.\nSimply put: You own the project and drive it towards successful delivery.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead complex Midstream & Large Projects from project handover through engineering, procurement, execution, delivery, commissioning support, and close-out.\nTake ownership of project scope, schedule, cost, quality, contractual obligations, opportunities, and risks.\nBe the primary point of contact for the customer and build strong, professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead multidisciplinary project teams and create clear priorities, accountability, and momentum across functions.\nDrive project planning and follow-up, ensuring that critical milestones and customer commitments are understood and delivered.\nMaintain strong commercial awareness and actively manage project financial performance and changes to scope.\nIdentify risks and challenges early, establish mitigation actions, and escalate when required.\nCoordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, supply chain, suppliers, production, commissioning, and other internal stakeholders.\nManage changes and variations in a structured and commercially sound manner.\nEnsure proactive and transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.\nCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuously improving how Nord Gas Solutions executes major projects.\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who combines technical understanding with strong project leadership and \ncommercial awareness.\nYou probably have:\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.\nSolid experience managing complex engineering, EPC, EPCI, equipment, or technology projects.\nExperience from the marine, gas, energy, offshore, process, or related engineering industries.\nA strong understanding of project economics, contractual requirements, change management, risk, and schedule management.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.\nExperience working with international customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.\nProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken.\nProject management certification such as PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an advantage.\nMost importantly, you know that successful project management is not about producing reports.
