Empowering businesses everywhere to keep their people, systems, and data safe.\nMain Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate and execute B2B events, including conferences, industry/partner related events, and webinars, from concept to on-site or online execution. (Create a workflow, e.g., event timelines, schedules, communication, negotiations, etc.,.);\n\nCollaborate with commercial, product, design and content teams to deliver relative concept, materials and assets for the event;\n\nManage event timelines and budgets, monitor progress and results, and keep stakeholders informed;\n\nCoordinate and work with event organizers and external suppliers to deliver an on-brand representation at the events;\n\nCreate event marketing content, including event briefs, while supporting process improvements in event planning and execution;\n\nMake sure all project materials and documentation are up to date monitor event project deliverables and timelines.\n\nCore Requirements\n2+ years of experience in event marketing or event production.
