Our current portfolio includes customer analytics, large-scale IoT and real-time data processing, enterprise data platforms, and data architecture and strategy initiatives across both public and private sector organisations.\nYour daily responsibilities:\nDesign, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations across multiple source systems\nDevelop and optimise data solutions using modern architectures such as data lakes, lakehouses and data warehouses\nIntegrate structured, semi-structured and real-time data from a variety of business and operational systems\nContribute to data modelling, data quality, and performance optimisation initiatives\nCollaborate with engineers, architects, analysts and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions that address business needs\nSupport cloud platform modernisation and migration initiatives\nApply best practices in version control, testing, automation and agile ways of working\nDepending on your experience level, mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to solution design and technical decision-making\nOccasional travel may be possible, depending on the assignment and your preferences\nYour key skills:\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP)\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines using modern data engineering tools and frameworks\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with data transformation and modelling\nExperience with cloud-based data services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies\nUnderstanding of data warehousing, lakehouse concepts and modern analytics architectures\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices, version control and automated deployment processes\nAbility to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nFor Seniors: Participate in solution architecture discussions and help define technical best practices across projects\nFluent communication skills in Finnish and English, as both are used daily with clients and project teams\nSkills we'd consider a plus:\nCertifications in cloud or data platforms (or willingness to pursue them)\nWhat we offer:\nTrainings and certifications\nFlexible working hours and hybrid working model\nCompany laptop and needed equipment\nLocal package such as extensive private health care, Employee Assistance Program and wellness benefits\nThe successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance.\nWe encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
