We provide centralised IAM solutions and standardised IAM services towards Nordea’s workforce and systems. Our ambition is to strengthen the security of the bank and act as single point of contact for all units, acquiring these solutions and services. You will join a newly created team that focusing on planning and developing Nordea’s Authentication Management capabilities.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nMain responsibilities in this role:\nTake ownership of the technical set up of our Entra ID solution. Take active part in setting the vision and roadmap of our solution.\nSupporting Entra ID project deliveries\nAct as Entra ID technical expert\nDrive improvements in alignment with IAM architects and other areas of expertise, to support changing business needs\nSecure that legal and regulatory compliance requirement are adhered to \nWork closely with product, application owners and SME’s and share knowledge with others, act as a role model \nWho you are\nThis is the right role for you if you:\nHave a key interest in Cyber Security and supporting technologies\nHave worked several years with authentication solutions and processes, with focus on Entra ID\nAre proactive, constructive and a can-do oriented mind-set and a strong driving force\nHave a structured and organised way of working with the ability to deliver results with high quality\nHave the ability to explain technical context to both business and technical audience\nHas a thorough understanding of business strategy, goals and priorities\nAre experienced in summarizing, drawing conclusions, documenting and presenting\nHave experience in working in multicultural environments in large organizations having DevOps team\nAre fluent in English (spoken and written is a must) \nYour background and skills include: \nSeveral years of proven experience working with Entra ID and Microsoft Windows Hello for Business\nSecurity expert knowledge on both Entra ID and M365\nGood knowledge about authentication methods and protocols, SSO, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos etc.\nGood knowledge of identity security best practices, for both on-premise and cloud environments\nGood knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles (such as Zero Trust and Least Privilege) \nUnderstanding of IT processes and system development life cycle \nIt would be ideal if you also had:\nSecurity certifications \nIf this sounds like you, get in touch!\nThe role is based in modern premises located centrally in Helsinki or in the TriCity area in Poland.
