Our role is to empower business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities - improving business productivity and strategic outcomes. We strive to ensure stable, compliant, and reliable services which end-users can depend on.\nMain responsibilities in this role:\nLead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions.\nEngage with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define solution requirements, evaluate feasibility studies, and translate them into scalable architecture designs.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers, administrators, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.\nEstablish and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.\nDevelop adoption strategies, enablement initiatives, and governance frameworks that encourage responsible platform growth while maximizing business value.\nWho you are\nThis is the right role for you if you are a strategic and business-focused technology professional who excels at translating complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Your focus is to impact strategic decisions and lead the delivery of solutions that drive operational efficiency, automate manual processes, accelerate innovation, and maximize the value of the Microsoft ecosystem.\nYour background and skills include:\nStrong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform; including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.\nExperience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.\nDemonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver measurable business value.\nExperience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks.\nIt would be ideal if you also have:\nExperience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience designing and enabling integration patterns with APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management.\nWhat we offer\nCollaboration.
