Assist with duties involving bulk plant and warehouse operations. Other duties primarily associated with warehousing, equipment maintenance, hauling grain, tending application equipment, general farm work, custom application, soil sampling, etc. Will also be expected to complete all other duties as assigned by the supervisor while displaying Norder Supply’s core values and to fulfill our purpose of assisting our customers in achieving maximum net return per acre.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment as directed by supervisor.\nOperate all equipment safely and appropriately.\nFollow company policies and procedures.\nLearn how to read pesticide labels and use appropriate personal protective equipment.\nEffectively complete all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.\nDeliver products to and from other locations and customers.\nMeet DOT requirements, properly fill out time sheets and log books.\nNotify the supervisor of any repairs needed to the delivery equipment.\nOperate forklifts, scales, pumps, and all other equipment in a safe and responsible manner.\nLoad/unload deliveries and help organize loads and inventories.\nFill bulk containers and package chemicals also handle NH3, dry, and liquid fertilizer.\nOperate bulk seed treatment equipment.\nMaintain all aspects of equipment and facilities so that they are in excellent working condition for their respective seasons.
