We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to shape the community strategy for Top Goal, lead player-centric initiatives, and champion our players worldwide.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU’LL MAKE:

• You’ll shape how players connect with our games and each other. You’ll own the community strategy, turn player sentiment and feedback into actionable insights that drive user-centric development, and shape the player community journey end to end.
• You’ll champion the player perspective across teams, ensuring we build games for the community, with the community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own core community platforms (Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit), set KPIs to track and optimize community channel performance
• Leverage platform analytics and market trends to optimize channel strategy and guide strategic decision-making
• Form and lead moderation teams to maintain quality and enforce Code of Conduct standards, while driving player communications for day-to-day inquiries and time-sensitive live-service incidents.
• Translate community feedback into actionable insights to inform feature development and product roadmaps
• Build relationships with early advocates and foster community-generated content 
• Lead official messaging, patch notes, and release communications in alignment with the Marketing and Game teams
• Own community content creation, translating technical news and complex features into player-friendly explanations and educational content
• Drive community challenges, playtests, giveaways, and events that drive active, long-term participation
• Build and manage creator and community ambassador programs from end-to-end

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

• You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary Player Support and Social Media team, working with the wider Marketing Team at Nordeus to align and deliver exciting player-facing campaigns.
• You’ll closely collaborate with the Game Designers and Developers on the Game Team to translate game knowledge to our global audience and bring player feedback and insights back to the team.

WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU: 

• Have a background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Psychology, or another related field
• Have 5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, customer support field 
• Have strong copywriting and communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to international audiences
• Active gamer with deep knowledge of mobile gaming spaces and social media platforms (Discord, FB, Reddit)
• Keep up to date with the latest gaming trends and mobile games
• Are passionate about building communities and connecting with end-users

• Have previous experience in the gaming industry or with moderation for game titles

GOOD TO KNOW:

• This is a hybrid, on-site position based in Belgrade.
• Our  3+2 hybrid model  remains the standard - Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday are optional remote days. While we prefer working together from the office, we also understand that having some alone time or working from home (or some other location) can be beneficial. It’s about what works, not what’s prescribed.
