If you want to own a piece of history in sports gaming, this is the role for you.\nWHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:\nImpact Product strategy and Product roadmap with Game Lead and Creative Director based on research data and mobile gaming knowledge\nEngineering, Design, and Art to align on priorities and ship with speed\nThe Marketing Team in order to build impactful launch plans and detect growth opportunities (app store featuring, influencers, etc.) \nIn partnership with Analytics Team, dig into game or feature / events performance analysis and propose a plan to improve KPIs\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nWork in multidisciplinary pods - autonomous teams with everything they need to move fast and own their outcomes. As a Senior PM, you'll lead one of those pods, acting as its strategic and operational head. That means setting direction, prioritizing focus, and being accountable for what the pod ships and the results it drives.\nDrive data-informed product decisions - identify growth levers, run experiments, and iterate fast\nBuild the feedback loops that keep us close to players as we scale\nDetermine and set up KPIs for new game features and participate in high-level design\nOwn the game pricing and participate in the game economy creation or evolution with Game Designers\nDrive Live Operations by building Live Ops Product roadmap and executing on monthly offers & Events\nLeverage Data Analytics, A/B testing, Push Notifications and other tools to drive KPIs\nTrack and develop an expert-level understanding of the mobile gaming industry, including developing ability to qualitatively and quantitatively teardown mobile games\nWE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU:\nHave at least 5 years of experience working on B2C digital products, ideally in Product Management, Game Design or Business Analysis or similar roles \nHave a strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making\nAre highly user-centric \nHave strong communication and writing skills, with experience in preparing and presenting reports and feedback to various stakeholders\nAre passionate about mobile games\nHave a preference for working in a fast-paced agile development environment\nBONUS POINTS:\nExperience working on free-to-play mobile games\nPassion for football and an understanding of football audiences and products\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE:\nThe team behind the game: transparency and trust from day one, paired with a strong sense of teamwork- that's the essence of who we are.
