For more information, visit our company's website at www.nordhealth.com \n\n Nordhealth Therapy is consolidating three market-leading regional PMS brands - Diarium in Finland, Physica and Psykbase in Norway, Terapeut Booking in Denmark - onto one unified practice-management platform for physiotherapists, psychologists, and rehab clinics. \n\nAbout the role\n\n As Engineering Manager for Platform Engineering, you'll own the platform that keeps engineering and product moving - infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments, the security posture protecting it, and the tooling and workflows that shape how engineers ship. You'll manage a team of 6-8 engineers while working closely with software engineering and product teams. \n\n This is a hands-on role. You'll own architectural decisions, review infrastructure code, participate in 24/7 on-call duties, and stay close to production operations. On this team, experienced engineers own their domains.
