In this role, you will partner with healthcare clients to design, implement, and support technical solutions that improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Specific roles may require up to 25% travel, unless otherwise specified. This is an excellent opportunity for consultants who thrive in dynamic environments and are looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as a trusted technical advisor to healthcare clients, understanding their business needs and delivering technical solutions.\nLead the implementation and configuration of software systems, platforms, or data integrations (e.g., EHR, RPA, cloud systems, analytics platforms).\nTranslate complex business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with development or product teams as needed.\nProvide technical support throughout the project lifecycle-from discovery through deployment and optimization.\nManage client communications, timelines, and expectations while delivering high-quality outcomes.\nTroubleshoot integration issues, data anomalies, or system behavior with a problem-solving mindset.\nSupport the creation of documentation, technical diagrams, and training materials tailored to client needs.\nStay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices in health IT.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience\n3+ years of experience as a technical consultant, systems analyst, implementation specialist, or similar client-facing role.\nExperience working in or with healthcare organizations (e.g., hospitals, payers, providers, health tech vendors).\nStrong technical skills in one or more areas: EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), HL7/FHIR, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, data pipelines, scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.), software development, or system development\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).\nNordic is an equal opportunity employer.
