Be happy. Grow your career.\nThe Sr. IT Construction and Infrastructure Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the technology strategy across the construction lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading multiple large, complex projects through all lifecycle phases in support of IT infrastructure and new hospital facility construction. All Nordic team members embrace Nordic’s maxims and mission to serve the customers who care so well for us.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage large, multifaceted projects with significant business implications; deliver projects on schedule and within budget; and proactively manage project finances and forecasting.\nFacilitate coordination with Facilities, construction, IT, and operational stakeholders to align project scope, timelines, dependencies, and implementation activities for construction-based projects.\nSupport facilities-related planning and facilitation, including site readiness, infrastructure coordination, construction impacts, and stakeholder communication across project phases.\nDocument project objectives, scope, and deliverables.\nDefine project tasks and resource requirements.\nSchedule and facilitate cross-functional project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting notes, and distributing relevant updates.\nIdentify and remove project roadblocks, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.\nCoordinate project resources and engage third-party vendors to support successful project execution.\nDevelop moderately complex project plans that reflect interdependencies, accurate status updates, and reporting in collaboration with technical project leaders.\nApply project management tools, methods, and processes effectively.\nDemonstrate ownership, accountability, and commitment to meeting project timelines.\nLead geographically dispersed teams remotely.\nNavigate ambiguity by facilitating scope clarification and driving achievement of project objectives.\nAdapt to new technology solutions utilized by clients.\nWork collaboratively with business, technical, and operational stakeholders\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nSkills and Experience\nSeven (7) plus years of experience supporting healthcare construction and infrastructure project management, healthcare programs, projects, transitions, or healthcare IT initiatives.\nExperience supporting healthcare IT, construction, clinical systems, infrastructure, or operational transformation projects.\nExperience collaborating with project sponsors and senior leadership to define priorities and roadmaps.\nExperience managing both waterfall and agile methodologies.\nStrong ability to interpret and refine high level business and technical requirements.\nAbility to lead cross functional teams through full lifecycle project delivery.\nExperience leading program and project activities in healthcare, managed services, consulting, or technology environments.\nStrong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.\nExperience managing risks, issues, action items, and escalations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nStrong working skills and collaboration across internal and external teams.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and healthcare delivery environments.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint).\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow SPM, Jira, or other project management tools.\nPreferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.\nExcellent communication skills (English verbal and written).\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nAdditional details\nAbility to travel up to 50%.\nPredominantly remote position.\nNordic is an equal opportunity employer.
