They provide leadership and advocacy, as well as providing hands-on support as needed and assisting in troubleshooting/problem-solving.\nThe ideal candidate has ServiceNow partner Build program experience, understands Epic EHR workflows and integrations, and can translate clinical and operational needs into governed ServiceNow solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient & Stakeholder EngagementLead / Participate in Client Workshops to gather business & technical requirements / user stories\nConsult customers and team members on industry and ServiceNow best practices\nDeliver on Scoped Application Development and integrations\nConfigure / Build Application UI and Workflows\n\nRequirements & AnalysisDefine current- and future-state architectures, process and data models, integrations, nonfunctional requirements, and roadmaps for HCLS, HCO, Clinical Device Management, Field Service Management, and Epic EHR interoperability. \nCollaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of technical best practices and standards\nAdhere to ServiceNow development standards\n\nDelivery & Implementation SupportAbility to balance Agile delivery with governance, quality, speed, and business value;\nCreate clear diagrams, estimates, roadmaps, and executive recommendations. \nDevelopment of required integrations components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services)\nService Catalog structuring and Portal Development (Widget configurations)\nCreation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards\nFollow SDLC best practices including those around proper testing and code documentation\n\nQuality, Adoption & DocumentationEnsure solution designs support usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.\nDevelop and contribute to client-facing documentation including process documentation, training materials, and release notes.\nDocument solution and integration models as relevant for project and client teams to consume.\nLeverage NOW Create documentation to drive alignment with ServiceNow standards and best practices.\n\nInternal ContributionContribute to the evolution of Nordic ServiceNow delivery standards, templates, and accelerators.\nShare knowledge and best practices within the ServiceNow communities of practice.\nSupport practice leadership with estimation inputs, solution scoping, and pre-sales discovery when needed.\n\nSkills and Experience\nHealthcare provider experience or knowledge of the ServiceNow HCLS and HCO products\nFamiliarity with modules like CSM, HCLS, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and App Engine\nFamiliarity with Service Exchange (Service Bridge) architecture\nFamiliarity with Domain Separation architecture\nDeep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and stack development objects (CMDB, Workflows, Scripting, ACLs, etc.\nWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum\nMinimum Years of Experience\n7+ Year of Experience in the ServiceNow platform\nCertified System Administrator (CSA) required\nCertified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred\nCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for related products preferred\nAs part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to verify and provide documentation demonstrating the required ServiceNow certifications, licenses, or credentials.\nOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required\nEpic and other EHR experience covering clinical workflows and integrations.\nPartner Build program experience with scoped applications, packaging, release governance, documentation, certification readiness, and lifecycle support.\nAdditional Details\nRemote position\nMust be accessible and available to perform work functions at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays \nTravel up to 25% of the time\nNordic is an equal opportunity employer.
