All Nordic staff embrace Nordic’s maxims and mission to serve our customers who care so well for us.\nKeyResponsibilities\nThe automation developer will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:\nManaging assigned tasks related to design, building and testing of automations, maintaining a high standard of service for all customer requests.\n\nFulfilling automation requests from clients by performing issue analysis within their applications and across other integrated applications and systems, translating needs into detailed requirement specifications, and performing automation build and testing and creating detailed product documentation\n\nWork with the teams to develop detailed requirement specifications including estimated work effort\n\nProviding updates to, and participates as needed in weekly status calls with customers, including updates on helpdesk ticketing system function, requests processed, and issues solved\n\nDocument and communicate technical issues and translate technical issues into step-by-step resolutions for customer counterparts and internal Nordic team members\n\nParticipating in platform upgrades and performing testing as needed\n\nContinuously improving process and internal support documents\n\nParticipating in continuous learning opportunities to grow solution expertise\n\nWorking on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested\n\nSkills and Experience\nGenerally, requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, a master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.\n\n4+ years’ experience in building and deploying automations required\n\nCertification or experience with building automations on UiPath\n\nUIPath RPA associate or advanced RPA developer certification preferred\n\nExperience working in healthcare provider eco-system preferred\n\nDemonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and solve novel problems\n\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal\n\nStrong customer service skills\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to organize\n\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment\n\nExperience working in an Agile model\n\nAdditional details\nPosition will be remote, anywhere in USA\n\nOccasional travel up to 5% of the time\n\nNordic is an equal opportunity employer.
