This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of our product flow - the link between our suppliers, production partners and internal teams, making sure our rugs, curtains and textiles arrive on time and to the right standard.\nYou will work closely with our Production Managers and Supply Chain team to keep orders, samples and supplier data moving, raising and tracking purchase orders, drive the sampling process from first development to master sample, and follow up with suppliers, ensuring critical deadlines are met.\nThe role reports into Head of Supply Chain and Logistics.\nKey responsibilities\nPurchase Orders & Delivery Follow-up\nOwn the full order function in Business Central: raising POs, updating supplier details, sending orders and tracking delivery dates.\nPlace custom, made-to-measure and bulk orders with our suppliers and partners, including samples for our showrooms and PR events.\nMatch invoices and packing lists against POs, check HS codes and product details, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.\nLog and resolve over/under deliveries and shipment issues together with Logistics and our distribution centers.\nSampling & Development\nDrive the sampling process from development and lab dips to bulk approvals, production samples and filing.\nManage development samples to meet key dates on the development tracker.\nOrganize product samples, keeping materials in order both digitally and physically.\nProduct Data & Compliance\nMaintain SKU information in our systems, including price changes and product updates, and communicate changes to suppliers.\nCoordinate product testing with suppliers and external partners.\nCollect certificates and run routine checks of audit reports, certifications and test reports.\nOnboard new suppliers on requirements and keep supplier records up to date.\nSpot ways to make our processes smoother and take on ad hoc projects as the business evolves.\nWho you are\nA degree in textiles or a related field.\nHighly organized with excellent attention to detail - you keep track of many orders, samples and deadlines at once.\nStrong Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Business Central is a big plus.\nA clear communicator who coordinates easily with suppliers, external partners and internal teams.\nAction-oriented with a strong sense of ownership; you solve problems independently and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.\nA genuine interest in interior design and an eye for product quality.\nCurious about new tools and keen to find smarter ways of working.\nFluent in English.\nNordic Knots\nNordic Knots was founded in 2016 by Liza Laserow, Fabian Berglund and Felix Berglund.
