Be happy. Grow your career.\nThe Role\nThe Senior Epic Applications Solutions Delivery Manager oversees and coordinates the strategic vision of operational leaders across customer organizations. They are responsible for helping to facilitate the roadmap and success criteria amongst key stakeholders, operators, and technical teams. All Nordic staff embrace Nordic’s maxims and mission to serve our customers who care so well for us.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssists with coordination and collaboration across application teams to execute customers’ strategic vision.\n\nProactively identifies opportunities and gaps within functionality based on understanding of operational challenges.\n\nCreates and updates product and functionality roadmaps\n\nAssists with multi-year planning efforts\n\nWorks closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams and leverages tools to assist with assessing existing practices and identifying areas for optimization with a focus on best practices.\n\nFacilitates seamless communication and account teams, ensuring effective information exchange.\n\nAssists with the timely delivery of project/program information to customer sponsors, stakeholders, and operational leaders, fostering transparency and collaboration.\n\nCommunicates the progress of risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely actions are taken to address them.\n\nActively engages in the resolution of complex conflicts within a project/program, fostering a productive work environment.\n\nProactively looks for opportunities to help other team members in support of successful project delivery. Provides regular feedback to leaders and provides coaching to application analysts as needed.\n\nDevelop relevant customer-facing dashboards\n\nProactively identifies potential challenges and emerging issues within a project/program.\n\nLeverages expertise to anticipate and mitigate problems before they escalate.\n\nCollaborates with stakeholders, develops, and maintains strong relationships based on trust and respect.\n\nSeeks opportunities to actively involve stakeholders in project activities or tasks, fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration.\n\nSkills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n8+ years of experience in healthcare or Healthcare IT.\n\nExisting supervisory or management skills are preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of healthcare application support, including electronic health records (EHR), practice management systems, and other clinical/business applications.\n\n5+ years working with Epic products. Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, resolve escalations, and maintain service-level commitments.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks, incident management tools, and ticketing systems is a plus.\n\nOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required\nProject management experience preferred\n\nAdditional details\nTravel as needed, not to exceed 15%\n\nNordic is an equal opportunity employer.
