Do you enjoy working across different business functions and ensuring that reliable data drives better business decisions?\nWe are looking for a Master Data Responsible to join our Finance organization and oversee master data management across Portugal and Norway.\nIn this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data integrity, strengthening governance practices, and supporting critical business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales.\nWhat will you do?\nMaster Data Management: Create, maintain, and govern master data for Portugal and Norway, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.\n\nProduct Data: Manage and maintain Items and Released Products.\n\nCustomer & Vendor Data: Maintain master records, including banking details and contact information.\n\nBill of Materials (BOMs): Create and maintain accurate product structures.\n\nFinancial Data: Manage Financial Dimensions, Payment Terms, and VAT Tax Codes.\n\nData Quality & Governance: Perform data validation and cleansing, strengthen governance controls, and drive continuous improvement.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure high-quality data supports business operations.\n\nProcess & System Improvement: Develop and maintain master data procedures, support ERP projects and system enhancements, and contribute to business process optimization.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience in Master Data Management or a related administrative, finance, or business operations role.\n\nExperience working with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).\n\nGood understanding of business processes related to Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.\n\nStrong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.\n\nA structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.\n\nAbility to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nEducation & Experience\nA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.\nEquivalent professional experience in Master Data Management, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will also be considered.\nLanguages\nEnglish is mandatory, both written and spoken.\nWhy join us?\nThis is an opportunity to make a real impact by improving data quality, supporting key business processes, and contributing to the continuous development of our systems and ways of working across two countries.\nIf you are detail-oriented, enjoy solving problems, and believe that high-quality data is the foundation of effective business operations, we would love to hear from you!\nInterested?
