At NordicEPOD you'll run the technical delivery of our EPODs. You'll follow each project from signed order through engineering, procurement, factory assembly, testing and handover, working closely with customers, electrical and mechanical engineers, suppliers and production. With real ownership of your deliveries and the factory close at hand, you'll see the results of your decisions every day and help shape how we run projects as we grow.\nWhat you'll do\nPlan engineering deliverables and activities against the project schedule, follow them up from order to shipment, and raise slips while there's still time to recover\n\nAct as the customer's technical point of contact: run clarification meetings, manage document submittals and approvals, and close out open comments\n\nHandle change: assess the technical, cost and schedule impact of change requests and deviations, and make sure every decision is documented and communicated\n\nCoordinate design, procurement, production, quality and test so that drawings, materials and people are ready when the build needs them\n\nFollow up major equipment suppliers from technical clarifications to change requests and delivery dates, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, batteries, steel structures and cooling units.\n\nPlan and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests with customers, on site or witnessing remotely\n\nEnsure that the engineering bill of materials (eBOM) for the project stays up to date through the whole project lifecycle\n\nFacilitate the internal design coordination meetings between electrical and mechanical designers, and follow up on actions and blockers.\n\nWhat you need\nA bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, or a technical vocational degree plus relevant project experience\n\n3+ years in project engineering or technical project work, delivering electrical, industrial or other engineered equipment\n\nExperience coordinating across disciplines such as design, production, procurement and suppliers\n\nThe ability to read and work with electrical drawings and specifications: single-line diagrams, schematics and BOMs\n\nFluent written and spoken English\n\nNice to have\nBackground in LV/MV power distribution, switchgear or data center infrastructure\n\nFAT, SAT or commissioning experience\n\nDocument control and submittal processes on international projects\n\nPlanning tools such as MS Project or Primavera, and ERP systems\n\nExperience navigating in 3D design tools such as Autodesk Inventor and Forma (previously ACC)\n\nExperience from a manufacturing focused business\n\nWorking to customer specifications and national codes outside Norway\n\nWhat we offer\nA competitive salary, pension and insurance package\n\nA place in one of Europe's fastest-growing markets.
