You'll report to our Data Science Manager while working daily with the AI platform team.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain production AI pipelines from experimentation through deployment and monitoring.\n\nCollaborate with engineers throughout the development cycle—you'll work together on architecture and implementation in an iterative fashion.\n\nDrive quality through evaluation, metrics, and testing of AI solutions.\n\nChampion AI Governance - Ensure compliance with the bank's regulatory framework by clarifying AI concepts and risks\n\nThis is you\nYou take pride in your work and are driven by curiosity—you want to continuously learn and grow.\nYou likely have:\nExperience with LLMs, GenAI and agentic AI\n\nPython skills for both exploration and production code.\n\nSQL proficiency for data analysis and pipeline building.\n\nKnowledge of ML/AI evaluation, metrics, and best practices.\n\nExperience with ML/AI in cloud environments (GCP experience is a plus).\n\nKnowledge of MLOps\n\nExperience with IaC (terraform).\n\nWe also get excited if you have:\nExperience working embedded.\n\nExperience with Go and/or Java.\n\nComfort presenting technical work to diverse audiences.\n\nWe think that you have 3+ years experience working as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer or AI Engineer with a University degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, engineering or similar field.\nWe offer\nWork in a product-focused environment with direct impact\n\nGrowth opportunities as a data scientist in a fast-moving AI space\n\nCompetitive salary and compensation\n\nYou'll work in a Nordic environment with high ambitions and a strong focus on delivery, product development, and technology.\nCulture is built and cared for, each day by everyone.
