Duties will involve a variety of tasks but are not limited to those listed below.\nSchedule: Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nAssembles, tests, and packages industrial precision dispensing equipment in accordance with quality, productivity, and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.\nFollows applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.\nUse hand tools, general power tools, and calibrated power tools to facilitate equipment assembly.\nUse reference drawings and bills of material to ensure proper assembly of equipment.\nUses gages, meters, and measuring tools to verify dimensions, electrical specifications, and proper alignment. Be able to do basic wiring and interpret simple wiring diagrams\nTroubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves product failures.\nUsing computers to view reference drawings, generate production related documents, and for other general tasks.\nMust be flexible and able to rotate to different work areas to respond appropriately to changing customer requirements\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nHigh School graduate, technical or trade experience.\n 4 plus years of experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment\nSkills and Abilities\nDue to the variety of tasks noted above, and in support of continuous improvement, skill requirements include, but are not limited to:\nTECHNICAL ABILITY - effectively apply written/verbal instructions from procedures, documents, etc. Apply math skills appropriate for the assigned task. Read and understand engineered drawings knowledge and understanding of hand tools\nABILITY TO LEARN - assimilating and applying new, job-related information in a timely manner\nADAPTABILITY - maintaining effectiveness in changing environments, assignments, responsibilities and/or priorities\nABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS - cooperating with co-workers toward the successful accomplishment of the task assigned. Ability to accept and give constructive criticism.\nINITIATIVE - active attempts to influence events to achieve goals; self-starting rather than accepting passively.
