Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and provides training. When not traveling may be called upon to participate in the Call Center Phone Support and CRM system and perform other internal activities. May also eventually be assigned to specific customer accounts as the primary technical support contact.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nWorks on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.\nExercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. \nEducation and Experience Requirements\nTechnical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.\n1-3 years related experience\nExposure to the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging industries\nAbility to travel from 50- 75%; both domestic and internationally\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\nHighly motivated and self managing\nAnalytical thinker with great troubleshooting skills\nStrong customer communication skills\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nOffice environment.
