We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.\nSummary of the role\nAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.\nApplication Test\nAttend sales calls and meetings to understand customers' needs and provide preliminary equipment recommendation.\nPerform dispensing application trials using company's existing products, ensuring proposed system meets customer’s requirements.\nWrite test reports highlighting results, settings, final equipment list, and related notes.\nCustomer Support\nCommunicate with customers, international sales groups, R&D and marketing regarding technical and product issues.\nSupport customers in installation, training, and troubleshooting, whether in-person or virtually.\nSupports worldwide sales groups in all technical areas of all EFD products.\nSales Support\nAttend top customer meetings, trade shows, and other pertinent meetings as requested to help provide technical knowledge as needed.\nAids with providing product training to all sales groups with focus on top products.\nCorrective Action Process\nWorks closely with cross-functional teams in resolution of quality or manufacturing issues affecting customers.\nHelp coordinate customer problem resolution with engineering, customer service, sales, R&D, Quality Assurance and other personnel.\nProduct Development\nHelps review technical content of product manuals, technical support information and sales brochures.\nAssists with development and implementation of product training tools.\nParticipates in New Product Development process by providing insight into real world product usage by customers.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nBS in Engineering or related field or equivalent related work experience.\nExperienced in technical sales facing and application support role/environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service skills.\nMust possess strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a high energy level and the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic changing environment\nExperienced supporting EFD product line and TTA platform programing.\nProficiency in MS Office applications required.\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\nAction-oriented self-starter.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nOffice and laboratory environments. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and on occasion up to 75 pounds.
