We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment.\nSummary of the role\nAs a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nFollow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.\nUse hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.\nAssemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.\nPerform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.\nUse various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and megohmmeter, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.\nSet up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.\nTroubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems.\nFollow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment.\nCross-train to support other product lines as needed.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nHS diploma or equivalent\nGeneral assembly experience desired\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\nOrganizational skills\nTechnical Competencies: ability to read and understand blueprints\nTroubleshooting: ability to resolve basic assembly issues\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
