This position works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nDetermines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. \nMakes set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. \nOther duties may be assigned as required.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nRequires some production experience.\nSimple oral communication skills, visual acuity and manual dexterity.\nSuccessful completion of company’s on-the-job training or probationary program. \nPreferred Skills and Abilities\nBe thorough and pay attention to detail\nAbility to work well with others\nPatience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations\nAbility to operate and control equipment\nFlexible and open to change\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nManufacturing environment.
