This internship provides hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, training and development, HR operations, and workforce analytics. The intern will gain practical business experience while working closely with HR professionals and business leaders in a manufacturing environment.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\n· Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting events.\n· Support internship and university recruiting initiatives, including career fairs and campus partnerships.\n· Assist with new hire onboarding activities, orientation preparation, and employee documentation.\n· Maintain employee records, files, organizational charts, and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.\n· Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.\n· Support training and development programs through scheduling, communications, tracking, and material preparation.\n· Compile, organize, and analyze HR data to support reporting and decision-making.\n· Create presentations, reports, and communications for HR projects and initiatives.\n· Assist with HR process improvement projects and administrative tasks.\n· Support employee events, meetings, and site activities.\n· Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional departments on assigned projects.\n· Learn and apply HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\n· Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.\nAbility to analyze information and identify trends.\nProfessional attitude and willingness to learn.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nBasic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\n· Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n· Strong organizational and time management skills.\n· Attention to detail and accuracy.\n· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.\n· Ability to analyze information and identify trends.\n· Professional attitude and willingness to learn.\n· Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\n· Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\n· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands\nOffice and Production environment: This position works in both office and manufacturing environments.
